I just joined the Discord, but I've been on the server for about 5-6 months  10. When I finish my classes at school I get home about 20 minutes after I finish them and can get on and stay for 4-5 hours till I need to sleep for the next day, other then that I can spend the entire day on both. 11. When I worked on other servers I used to make sure that the rules where being followed, nobody was hacking/cheating, Suggesting other mods that could make the server better for people to play, Or just keeping order around the server so that everyone could have a good time. I'm usually pretty strict when it comes to people disobeying the rules, unless they had a extremely good reason for doing so. When it comes to people hacking/cheating, I would first evaluate what they where doing when they do hack/cheat, then depending on the severity I would then respond with the proper punishment. So lets say that they cheated Overpowered/Admin/Rare/Extremely Hard to obtain Items in server, I would search their storage containers and then delete all the items that they cheated in, after that I would clear their inventory and Ban them for 2-3 months. If they continued to cheat items in after they returned to the server then I would permanently Ban them from the server and never allow them back onto it. 12. Yes, I have previously worked with other server's until they either shut down or when people quit playing on it. I was either the person who would respond to cheaters/hackers, people who would kill people as the spawn, people who kos others, things of this nature. I did use to run a server as a co-owner until the owner moved and couldn't keep the server running and we had to shut it down.  13. I work Extremely hard, I'm always working overtime when I'm fixing the server issues, and I'm always the one who spots glitches in the coding or when something isn't working the way it's supposed to be, other things along those lines because of my autism and ADHD I focus on things that would normally appear unimportant to other people, when this happens to me it usually leads to me finding something that ends up being beneficial to the server and the people of it. 14. If I was the admin and Someone intentionally broke a Discord/Server rule, I would Immediately Ban them depending on which rule it was, if its a minor rule then I would chose a corresponding Punishment for them, but if it was a major rule then it would be a Permanent Ban. If they somehow return to the Discord/Server then I would report to the Owner, Co-owner, or someone with a higher rank then I do and leave the Punishment to them. 15. If I was an admin and Someone is harassing a Discord/Server Member then I would first ask them to stop and then ask the person being harassed what the harasser has been saying and doing to them, if they proceeded to harass them then they would be removed/Banned form the Discord/Server. 16. If I was admin and someone kept ignoring my warnings then I would gather together the other admin/staff workers and we would decide what the corresponding punishment would be used. Most likely punishment would be a certain number of months or years worth of being banned.
