Yes I used to own my own server but then I had to shut it down because I didn't have enough time to run it because I have my job but now I work less days so I can spend more time on servers, also I have been co leaders on 6 other servers, but to be honest they weren't that big only about 30 -40 players on each one.[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]11: What sets you aside from the others applying? well I don't know them all but probably, I am very nice to people and very respective, I also don't abuse unless I've been given permission by a higher ranking member of staff.[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]12: What would you do as an admin if: Someone intentionally broke a discord/server rule? I would give them 1 warning and then I would kick them if they did it again with a fully justified reason and then if they join back and broke the rule I would temp ban them for 1 week[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]13: What would you do as an admin if: Someone is harassing a discord/server member? I would warn them about it and ask them if they have a justified reason, e.g if someone was bullying them about personal issues then I would give them a warning and then If they carried on to harass the person then I would mute them for 1 week hours with a justified reason[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]14: What would you do as and admin if: Someone keeps on ignoring your warnings? then I would give them a single more warning saying "if you ignore this FINAL warning then I will ban your account for 1 week, do NOT ignore this" and then I would ban them for 1 week if they continued to ignore me[/color]
