Obviously, as a staff you have to do work and that's one of the main reasons I'm applying for staff. My main goal is to work my ass off to make sure the server is in good shape and no one is doing something dodgy (like hacking or cheating) OR players are doing the right thing and not doing anything that the server does not accept and for all players to follow the rules given. I have staffed on this server for about nearly two months and yeh I got demoted and got upset because I truely love staffing on Souls, so that's why i'm re applying.  [b]12: Do you have any experience administrating a server?[/b] [b]If so what did you do? [/b]Yes, I've staffed on many servers but right now only 1 server as an admin. [b]13: What sets you aside from the others applying? [/b]Well, i'm always going to be there for someone when they need it. i'm always gonna keep pushing to create the best time for everyone in souls I can possibly can. I'm someone who truely cares about staffing on servers, especially Souls. So ill grind my ass off to build up the server and do everything I possibly can to make it a memorable experience. Ive also got many experience in staffing on unturned so i'm able to pick things up more efficiently and work on them in a more effective way and always watching and looking up to higher staffed ranks so I have an idea of what's new to be done and how to act if I may move on up my rank if I get accepted. [b]14: What would you do as an admin if: Someone intentionally broke a discord/server rule? [/b]Firstly, I would warn the player to what will happen if they continue and most likely a kick from the server so they know how serious this can be. if they to continue the actions I would then perm ban the player, or a ban for up to a month. If I didn't have the command I would report this to high staff ranks with the command and explain what's happened and show evidence so they could take the situation on board.  [b]15: What would you do as an admin if: Someone is harassing a discord/server member? [/b]I would question the player harassing the other player and explain what is going to happen if they continue depending on the situation to why the player is harassing, then I would go to the other player being harassed and questions them saying what is the harasser saying to you and what actions were they applying on you. Work things out between the both of them, and warn what will happen if continued. Try my best to take their minds off the anger communicated and mainly just clear up the situation that is taking place. [b]16: What would you do as an admin if: Someone keeps on ignoring your warnings? [/b]Well, i'm sure as most other staff it would obviously be a perm ban or a 4 week ban depending on what rules they have broken or anything like that to make warn the player  because it's disrespectful and not good if a player isn't taking in your warnings.
